Andrea Turini The Italian pianist Andrea Turini's concert career spans forty years of public performances, with a particular passion for the works of great composers including Bach, Mozart, Beethoven, Schumann, Liszt, Chopin, Brahms, Debussy, Ravel, and Fauré. Thanks to his outstanding interpretations and successes in major international piano competitions, Andrea Turini maintains an intense concert schedule in prestigious venues around the world, such as Carnegie Hall in New York, Salle A. Cortot in Paris, and the Auditorium de la Rai in Rome. He is regularly invited to prestigious international piano festivals in Italy, Spain, France, Germany, the Netherlands, Belgium, Norway, North Macedonia, Poland, Switzerland, Austria, Israel, and the United States. Active as a chamber musician, he is a member of the Quatuor Agorà and collaborates with renowned soloists and concertmasters from prestigious orchestras. His long experience with the celebrated Trio d’archi di Firenze is significant, and his work as a piano duo is extensive, first shared with Gianluca Passerotti and later with Maria Grazia Petrali. Andrea Turini also performs regularly as a soloist with orchestras, collaborating, among others, with the Orchestre Musici Aurei, Orchestra da Camera Fiorentina, Orchestre Sinfonica di Sanremo, Orchestre Sinfonica Città di Grosseto, Orchestre OIDA, Orquestra de Câmara de Cascais et Oeiras, Chambre Talenti d'Arte Orchestre, Orchestre à cordes Asolana Malipiero, and Orchestre Il Contrappunto. He has made television recordings for RAI Uno, RAI International, Yugoslav and North Macedonian television and radio, as well as radio recordings for the three national RAI networks, Radio Vatican, and Radio Nacional de España. He has recorded works by Bach, Brahms, Rachmaninov, and Ravel on CD. His recently released CD on Cézanne, titled "Goldberg Variations," has received glowing reviews. Andrea Turini is a piano professor at the Conservatoire « Gioacchino Rossini » de Pesaro.
