This tasting tour through the stalls and small food shops reveals the richness of the traditional dishes and foods that have made the Château-Rouge and Goutte d’Or neighborhoods famous. The tour ends with a tasting of the foods discovered along the way. This tour is organized as part of a joint itinerary with the Musée d’Art et d’Histoire du Judaïsme (MAHJ). About the guide: Hélène Tavera is a lecturer specializing in cuisines from here and elsewhere, a founding member of 4C and Quartier Libre, a place dedicated to food in the Goutte d’Or neighborhood.
