From May 26 to June 13, Atelier de Paris brings together more than 100 artists to present 26 performances at the Cartoucherie and in 9 partner venues in Paris.
With 14 new works, JUNE EVENTS showcases “dances of becoming.” These works blend knowledge and artistic disciplines, especially live music, to heighten our sensory experience. The body in motion becomes a ground of resistance, confronting and deconstructing systems of oppression. Drawing on the memory of dance, the artists invent desirable futures on stage, where humor and joy have their full place!
