The Lire autrement department invites you to discover a selection of artists' books from the media library's collection.
This workshop, open first and foremost to people with visual impairments and those accompanying them, will introduce you to some of the braille and tactile artists' books from the specialized collection of the médiathèque Marguerite Duras. These works, at the intersection of art, book objects, and accessibility, offer a reading experience based on raised forms, textures, and sometimes even the sound produced by the hand rubbing against certain materials.
