Marta Domingo in concert at la Bellevilloise on June 5!
A singer-songwriter of Spanish origin, she has been immersed in Iberian music since childhood and is passionate about the Latin American rhythms that have shaped her artistic journey. With this intimate project, she opens up by drawing on these traditions, which resonate with strength and emotion in her voice. In her compositions, Andalusian harmonies and the tribal sounds of Iberian percussion sit alongside melodies inspired by the Andes, in the wake of Violeta Parra and Víctor Jara, as well as the sunny rhythms of Cuba. Seeking the depth and precision of popular poetry, her lyrics infuse her music with authenticity. For this concert, she will be joined by guest musicians on piano and guitar. Free admission, reservation recommended. A €2 supplement per person will be requested to support the artists.
