A rare immersive experience centered on movement and well-being, in the heart of an 18th-century château - for those who feel the need to slow down, breathe, and move - differently.
Over ten days, participants rediscover movement, posture, gaze, and the feeling of being present in their bodies. Marina Kudryashova and Oleg Rogachev, dancers at the Opéra National de Bordeaux and former students of the Académie du Bolchoï, offer an immersive retreat combining classical, contemporary, and historical dance, Münz Floor®, wellness exercise, well-being workshops, and art de vivre - a residential stay at the château (meals included), 1.5 hours from Paris. Each participant receives a personalized assessment with a physiotherapist upon arrival. No dance experience is required. Only the desire to feel and explore. The retreat concludes with a Bal Masqué in the château's salons - candlelit dinner, period dances, and artistic performances. Not a dance workshop. Not a spa. Something that goes deeper.
Price: From 2,650 euros per person, full residential stay (10 days / 9 nights, meals included), physiotherapist assessment, 13 practices, 6 workshops, personalized support, small group, closing Bal Masqué evening. Individual treatments (massage, osteopathy, Kobido) and private classes are optional and billed separately. Early bird rate available until June 1, 2026. Limited to 15 participants.
