As part of the "Fictions-Science" conference series and the ManiFeste festival, the Bibliothèque publique d'information, Ircam and the Cité de l’architecture are organizing a meeting around the question of repair and reconstruction after war.
In connection with the Cité de l’architecture exhibition Patrimoines en résistance and on the occasion of the ManiFeste festival, this meeting raises the question of repair and reconstruction, a process that concerns territories, populations, and memories even before the fighting has ended. Among the forms of repair being considered, the acoustic and visual modeling of a shattered or erased heritage testifies to the desire to restore life.
