The Lucernaire theater café is hosting us for a chess tournament open to the public.
The kawaa du Lucernaire is a cultural venue that brings together theater, cinema, a restaurant, a bookstore, a drama school, and an exhibition gallery. Located in the 6th arrondissement of Paris, it will host, on June 8, a chess tournament open to everyone. Schedule. Doors open at 6:30 p.m. to confirm attendance. The first game starts at 7:00 p.m. Time control. Each player has 5 minutes with a 2-second increment per move. The timer is there to add a little adrenaline! Who is it for? The event is open to all levels. If we had wanted to run a serious tournament, we would have held it in a club, not at the theater!
