À propos

A work from the immersive exhibition designed by students from the Beaux-Arts de Paris at Espace Niemeyer, engaging with the architecture to offer a sensory and poetic experience around love and the memory of the place.

In a manner of singing, videos, sound and light installations, performances, costumes, 2026 In a manner of singing is an invitation to sing words of love beneath the dome of Espace Niemeyer. Come sing with your eyes, the words we say when we are blue, red, or black. Your struggles, your weaknesses will ring out with tenderness. Words, words, in the cold, in the flames. May this moment fix your sensualities for so many years. Tom Brabant, a 2024 graduate of the École des Arts Décos de Paris and a student in the Fresque & Art en situation program at the Beaux-Art de Paris, is a visual artist. Drawing on his interest in the polysemy of the term glisse (think playful, tragic, sensual, or psychological), his work moves between trompe-l’oeil and conceptual games, offering viewers a sense of off-kilter impressions and illusory staging. A project co-produced as part of an educational partnership with the École Nationale Supérieure des Beaux-Arts de Paris, with the participation of Espace Niemeyer.
