Wednesday, June 10 Impacts of food labels on biodiversity Roundtable with Inrae and Ifremer, the MNHN, Institut Agro and Basic After the Nutri-Score for nutrition, food product labels will soon display the environmental cost of our food. Discover how biodiversity can be included in calculating this cost and the guarantees already offered by food labels in terms of biodiversity. Receive the weekly program of the Académie du Climat La Buvette de l’Académie is open Wednesday to Saturday from 11 a.m. to midnight! At lunch, come enjoy vegetarian, seasonal and ultra-local dishes, with vegan and gluten-free options, cooked by Yes We Camp. At snack time, cakes and pastries, and in the evening small dishes to share. At any time, beers, wines, hot and cold drinks!
