Dive into the food system, how it works and its negative externalities, by looking at the impoverishment of producers and consumers and questioning the conditions for dignified access for all to quality, sustainable food. The workshop ends with a collective reflection on the levers for action we have in France to get involved in these food sovereignty issues here and elsewhere. Receive the weekly program of the Académie du Climat La Buvette de l’Académie is open Wednesday to Saturday from 11 a.m. to midnight! At lunch, come enjoy vegetarian, seasonal and ultra-local dishes, with vegan and gluten-free options, cooked by Yes We Camp. At snack time, cakes and pastries, and in the evening small dishes to share. At any time, beers, wines, hot and cold drinks!
