A wellness break to discover the Feldenkrais method and learn to move with greater ease and awareness.
As part of Eté Solidaire, led by an experienced practitioner, this introductory session invites participants to discover the Feldenkrais method, a gentle approach that explores the connections between movement, posture, and well-being. Through guided exercises accessible to everyone, participants are encouraged to better sense their bodies, release tension, and gain greater comfort in their everyday movements. An enriching experience for taking care of yourself and developing better body awareness. The workshops are offered as one-hour sessions.
