From June 10 to 14, artist Arghaël presents L’Origine at Galerie Joseph, in the Marais. A free exhibition exploring the body, drawing, and metamorphosis, marking the release of his first monograph, Arghaël 2015–2025.
To mark the publication of his first monograph, Arghaël 2015–2025, released in a limited edition, artist Arghaël presents L’Origine, an exhibition bringing together around thirty works at Galerie Joseph, in the Marais. Drawings, works on linen canvas, and new pieces on plexiglass make up this journey through the human body, its memories, tensions, and metamorphoses. Since his first solo exhibition in 2015, Arghaël has developed a sensitive and expressive body of work in which bodies seem to appear, disappear, transform, or recompose themselves. Conceived as a return to the source, L’Origine invites the public into a world shaped by flesh, movement, vulnerability, and transformation. Free exhibition, open admission.
