"Read, speak, write… and let yourself be surprised. During a BiblioCréation workshop, a theme guides the journey. Using carefully selected excerpts, participants are invited to explore the texts through different forms of reading, sensory activities, and creative writing sessions. No particular skill level is required: all that matters is the desire to discover, feel, and express yourself. This creative bibliotherapy experience allows you to: - (re)discover the pleasure of reading; - discover authors and literary worlds; - stimulate your imagination and creativity; - explore writing as a space for personal expression; - share an authentic and friendly moment with the other participants; - give yourself a genuine break for well-being and reflection.
