To mark the 37th edition of the Mental Health Information Weeks (SISM), themed “For our mental health, let’s open ourselves up to the arts,” the library invites you to create a personal toolkit to use when you are not feeling your best (writing down your thoughts, putting strategies into practice, etc.), helping you move away from the pressure to always feel well while listening to your own needs.
This awareness workshop is offered by C'JAAD (Centre d'évaluation pour les Jeunes Adultes et ADolescents). Whether for ourselves or our loved ones, it will help us better understand certain complex situations by enabling us to create our own toolkit. C'JAAD supports young people from Île-de-France aged 15 to 30 who are experiencing emerging mental health difficulties (for less than two years) that disrupt their daily lives (education, social circle, etc.).
Cost: Booking is required by phone, email, or in person. You can follow all our activities on the Valeyre library’s Instagram account
