Registration required - 2:30 p.m. - 3:30 p.m.: Discovery Session for children A journey through delicate and wonderful books, sometimes filled with surprises. For children aged 6 and over, registration required - 4 p.m.: Artist’s Book Workshop Following in the footsteps of designer Bruno Munari, create your own surprising book! For children aged 6 and over, registration required The Marguerite Duras Media Library’s collection of artists’ books A medium specific to the visual arts, the artist’s book is a work of art in its own right. Remarkable, distinctive, and often rare, it takes many forms through the use of a range of techniques and materials. Depending on the artist’s chosen approach, it may become a book-object, a movable book, an illustrated book, an artist’s book… The media library offers a collection of 300 artists’ books for children and adults, available for consultation on site by appointment.
