This summer, set out to discover Paris with a certified guide-lecturer.
Since 2020, several Paris arrondissements have offered historical and heritage routes designed to highlight the history, heritage, and memory of Paris’s neighborhoods. Created in collaboration with arrondissement town halls and local partners, these itineraries let you discover Paris through a wide range of themes: artists’ studios, historic villages, public facilities, housing, places of worship, history and collective memory, and more. This summer, the Comité d'histoire de la Ville de Paris invites you to discover some of these neighborhoods with a certified guide-lecturer. On the program: the 16th arrondissement (Passy, Auteuil, and architecture from Art Nouveau to Art Deco), the 20th arrondissement (Belleville, Charonne, and place Gambetta), the 13th arrondissement (la Butte-aux-Cailles, Maison-Blanche, and rue Nationale), artists’ studios in Montparnasse, and the 12th arrondissement (Bel-Air and la Vallée de Fécamp).
