ALISON'S HALO (10:00 PM) (Shoegaze - Phoenix, US) Alison's Halo was formed in Tempe, Arizona, in the fall of 1992 by Catherine Cooper (vocals, guitar), Adam Cooper (guitar), David Roger (bass, vocals), and Roger Brogan (drums, percussion). Just a few months after forming, the band made its mark on the local scene and quickly landed shows alongside nationally renowned artists such as The Verve, Ultra Vivid Scene, Curve, The Boo Radleys, Stereophonics, Medicine, Lovesliescrushing, Bailter Space, and many more. The band was also invited to perform at numerous festivals across the United States. In 1995, the single Dozen / Calendar was released on the legendary Independent Project Records label. It received excellent reviews nationwide and enjoyed extensive airplay on college radio. Its mesmerizing blend of crystalline and saturated guitars, paired with Catherine Cooper’s striking melodies, quickly caught the attention of a wide audience and led the band to embark on a successful nationwide tour. Their debut album, Eyedazzler, was recorded between 1992 and 1996 on various 2-, 4-, and 8-track cassette PortaStudio recorders before being released in 1998 by Detroit label Burnt Hair Records. This remarkable collection of songs has continued to grow in popularity since its release and is now considered one of the defining shoegaze and dream-pop albums from the golden age of both genres. https://alisonshalo.bandcamp.com/ https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=a35AFcSlQOI The rest of the lineup will be announced very soon! ——————————— Monday, October 12, 2026 Free admission • Doors open at 7:00 PM • Happy Hour from 7:00 PM to 8:00 PM • If you witness or experience an assault, you can alert the bar staff or, if you prefer, email us at [email protected] ——————————— SUPERSONIC 9 rue Biscornet, 75012 Paris Bastille Metro (rue de lyon exit)
