The association Artaxe offers free outdoor gentle exercise sessions, reserved for women, in different gardens in the 13th arrondissement. These sessions let you enjoy adapted physical activity in a friendly atmosphere, open to all levels, with no registration required. Every Thursday in July and August 2026 From 10 a.m. to 11 a.m. Locations: - July 2, 9, 16, 23, 30: Jardin Clara Zetkin - August 6 and 13: Parc Samuel Beckett - August 20 and 27: Jardin Laure Albin Guillot Thursday, August 27: session followed by a shared picnic at Jardin Laure Albin Guillot. In case of rain, the session will be canceled
