DJ Cucurucho DJ Cucurucho, a regular performer since 2018 and founder of Bal Tropical de Paname, offers a global musical palette: Afro, Caribbean, Latin, Arab… bringing diasporas together around a shared groove. Le Bal Pop' Throughout the season, CENTQUATRE-PARIS sparks exhilarating sessions of collective euphoria with its Bals Pop’, led by DJs and bands from a wide variety of musical backgrounds in a resolutely inclusive spirit. With the feel of a modernized guinguette, Bal Pop' brings families, neighbors, friends, and dance enthusiasts together around live bands and DJ sets. Make no mistake: while Bal Pop’ appreciates the java, tango, and bal-musette waltz, it is equally open to contemporary musical trends, from Latin swing to Afro-Caribbean sounds. A friendly, free event where everyone can dance, get together, and celebrate.
