“A Thousand Faces, One Heart” workshop: a stage expression, theater, and improvisation workshop. A workshop to explore, play, and dare. Through theater and improvisation, everyone is invited to discover their many sides in a creative, playful, and supportive setting. A moment to reconnect with yourself and others.
Objectives: • Free up oral expression • Build self-confidence and trust within the group • Encourage creative risk-taking • Try out teamwork • Support a gentle transition toward Methods and schedule Each session opens with a somatic practice to develop mindfulness and availability to the group. Day 1 – Meeting Ancrage, trust games, and first group dynamics. Day 2 – Exploring Character creation, silent storytelling, and improvisations. Day 3 – Building Voice work and creating short scenes. Day 4 – Transforming Exploring contrasts and rehearsals. Day 5 – Sharing Public presentation and a friendly moment. Please note: in the morning, an English revision course can complement this one.
