Winner of the 2023 Victoire du Jazz award for vocal jazz, recipient of a five-star DownBeat review, and nominated for Best Vocal Album at the German Jazz Prize, singer-songwriter Camille Bertault has released seven albums and collaborated on numerous projects. In her latest project, performed as a quintet, she combines song, improvisation, slam poetry, and dance, delivering sharp, poetic lyrics alongside music infused with the rhythms of her second home at heart, Brazil. Line-up: Camille Bertault: vocals; Julien Alour: trumpet; Fady Farah: piano; Sylvain Romano: double bass; Jesús Vega: drums.
