A weekend dedicated to Dialogue(s). For its 12th edition, the Les Traversées du Marais festival, bringing together 27 cultural institutions and 5 participating satellite galleries, celebrates dialogue in all its forms: dialogue between disciplines, cultures, and generations. Music, dance, literature, visual arts, and conversations come together in a rich program accessible to everyone. Dance and the body take center stage, with participatory performances, battles, Egyptian street dance, outdoor choreography, and works combining circus and movement. Music also resonates throughout the festival, from jazz and classical music to sound installations. Creative and writing workshops, along with participatory experiences, round out the program. On Sunday, artists from Jeune Théâtre National will present a walking reading across several festival venues. A brand-new format to discover! We are also delighted to welcome 6 new galleries to our satellite network. Thank you to all the participating organizations and to our partners: the Direction des Affaires Culturelles de la Ville de Paris, the Mairie de Paris Centre, Le Bonbon, Radio Nova, Paris Mômes, and Culturel Média. A great free weekend for sharing, discovering, and experiencing culture together.
