Blending reimagined standards with original compositions, Jules Charbonnier creates modern jazz where melody reigns supreme. At just 22, he has won several international jazz competitions, including the Lausanne International Jazz Piano Competition (1st Prize) and Keep An Eye - Amsterdam (Best Soloist Award). Drawing on the jazz tradition, he has forged his own identity, inspired by pianists such as Art Tatum, Hank Jones, and Erroll Garner, while also revealing a diverse range of influences spanning pop and Brazilian music.
