We will present the season alongside artists who will introduce their shows in unconventional ways. To find out more, there is only one thing to do: come along! The presentation will be followed by an excerpt from J A R D I I N by Théophile "Rokej" Bensusan. In J A R D I I N, dance and martial movements merge. By highlighting the choreographed deflection of a bladed weapon, an instrument of violence becomes a poetic, hypnotic object. The set lies at the intersection of a secret garden and a tatami, between a haven of peace and a battlefield: the embodiment of a mental space where a risky waltz unfolds between the performer and the object, which serves simultaneously as a driving force for movement, an uncompromising partner, an extension of the body, and an obstacle to its liberation. Finally, we will bring the evening to a close together over a drink in the theater lobby.
