During Paris Design Week, studio CLUZEL/PLUCHON will install an XXL table where the public will be invited to take a seat.
Founded by designers Sébastien Cluzel and Morgane Pluchon, studio CLUZEL PLUCHON creates shared experiences around everyday objects by exploring how they are used and produced. Designed in collaboration with the company Guyon, the GIER urban furniture collection is both functional and welcoming, encouraging us to rethink public space and preserve our current resources. Located in the courtyard of the hôtel d’Albret in the heart of the Marais, the PICNIC installation will feature a large curved table that playfully showcases the characteristics of the GIER range. Invited to take a seat, visitors will discover studio CLUZEL PLUCHON’s minimalist aesthetic within this historic site, which houses the City of Paris Department of Cultural Affairs. Practical information: Cour de l’hôtel d’Albret 31 rue des Francs-Bourgeois, 75004 Paris Free admission from 10 a.m. to 7 p.m., Thursday, September 10 through Saturday, September 19, 2026
