Ki No Nagare, or “flowing energy,” draws inspiration from aikido and aerial acrobatics to explore what moves us most deeply.
1 hr · Ages 7 and up · Under the big top Martial arts principles provide a starting point for exploring how to let go, accept and find harmony within ourselves and with others. At the center of the ring, two bodies—a heavy man and a light man—engage in a wordless dialogue, accompanied by the pulsing rhythms of taiko and drums. The big top becomes an intimate space where a secret story unfolds; a gentle vibration then flows through everyone, and beauty prevails.
