As part of the Ciné-Jardins 2026 festival, la fabrique documentaire invites you to an open-air screening of Vincent Lapize’s film “La Terre des Vertus.”

A hub for community life and a protective ecosystem for local residents and wildlife, they are caught between construction work for the 2024 Olympic Games and property developers seeking to expand onto their land. Faced with urban encroachment, local residents are organizing resistance against gentrification and bulldozer-driven urban development.
