As part of the Ciné-Jardins 2026 festival, la fabrique documentaire invites you to an open-air screening of Vincent Lapize’s film “La Terre des Vertus.”
Evening program: 6 p.m.: Guided tour of the Terre Terre urban farm (La SAUGE). Paid food and drinks will also be available on-site. 8:30 p.m.: Film LA TERRE DES VERTUS Vincent Lapize 2025 / 1h32 Nestled among the tower blocks, the Vertus allotment gardens are a green lung in the heart of Aubervilliers. A hub for community life and a protective ecosystem for local residents and wildlife, they are caught between construction work for the 2024 Olympic Games and property developers seeking to expand onto their land. Faced with urban encroachment, local residents are organizing resistance against gentrification and bulldozer-driven urban development.
