As part of the Ciné-Jardins 2026 festival, la fabrique documentaire invites you to an outdoor screening of the film “Rebellion” by Maia Kenworthy and Elena Sánchez Bellot.
Evening program: 6 p.m.: Guided tour of the Jardin des Traverses (Petite Ceinture). Meet under the bridge on rue des Poissonniers. 7:30 p.m.: Potluck buffet (organic, vegetarian and zero-waste): Bring what you can and eat whatever you like! Paid food and drinks will also be available on site. 8:30 p.m.: Films. 3 short films produced in partnership with EGDO, Jardin des Traverses and Grajar. REBELLION Maia Kenworthy and Elena Sánchez Bellot 2021 / 1h22 Extinction Rebellion (XR) is an international environmental movement advocating the use of civil disobedience to prevent the climate system from reaching its tipping points. This documentary follows the story and actions of the organization’s co-founders and key members, including lawyer Farhana Yamin, as they seek to compel the UK Parliament to declare a climate emergency.
