On Wednesdays and Sundays, Jardin21 becomes a haven of peace and tranquility for an outdoor yoga session. Vinyasa yoga is the most "modern" form of dynamic yoga. Often guided by music, the class consists of a sequence of poses linked through breathing. The poses flow smoothly through space (seated, standing, and on the floor), while the music and breathing help you quickly let go, build strength, and improve flexibility.
