Near a high-altitude mountain lake, at the edge of a reserve closed to humans, a group of researchers is hard at work. Among them, a photographer spots something on one of the slopes that no one else can see. Strange signs begin to accumulate, and a body is found. The photographer decides to remain up there alone. A few months later, she too disappears. In this gripping novel, Sylvain Prudhomme delves deeper into several themes close to his heart: the desire for intensity, the call of the wild, and the dream of an authentic life. ; Credits: nc
