A young journalist becomes fascinated by the accidental death of Formula 1 driver Avi Quinn during a Grand Prix race and investigates the case.
Inspired by Ayrton Senna’s tragic death in 1994, Virage explores our collective obsessions, the cult of speed, and the absurdity of a sport that not even death can stop. On stage, archival material becomes the stuff of dreams: the bedroom transforms into a paddock, courtroom, and conference venue, while the characters, whether real or imagined, act out, replay, and subvert this absurd reality.
