For those looking for something more energetic, Fitness Konpa will get you moving in a friendly, invigorating atmosphere. Throughout the weekend, classes are designed to let everyone progress at their own pace, whether you are discovering these dances for the first time or looking to develop your practice. The workshops emphasize cultural transmission, togetherness, and the joy of dancing as a group. The experience continues on the dance floor with a Konpa social, perfect for practicing in a relaxed atmosphere, meeting other enthusiasts, and sharing a moment through dance.
