Healing—Caring. Two verbs that resemble and complement each other.
Who cares for us, and whom do we care for? Who heals us, and whom do we heal? This sophro-poetry workshop (body techniques, breathing, writing) offers a gentle exploration of the verbs “to heal” and “to care.” A workshop led by Marcella, a poet and sophrologist. Words and care come together in a single breath through the sophro-poetry workshops I lead. I write with my hands, my arms, my stomach, my chest, my legs, the soles of my feet… Fully engaged in the movement of life.
