As summer arrives, the Barboteur is settling into its Sunday home in Pantin. Every Sunday, the Barboteur welcomes you to its terrace with concerts, a chill food & drinks corner, and a games area, creating a friendly and welcoming atmosphere. For this eighth edition of Le Beau Dimanche, the Barboteur welcomes Harissa.
Harissa is the musical project of four musicians who skillfully blend their jazz, rock, Middle Eastern music, and klezmer influences. It’s a journey featuring a quirky trumpet player, a pianist who dreams of playing standing up, a former metal drummer, and a bass player who dances whenever he gets the chance. The band finalized its lineup in 2017 and released its first album, RADIO DÉSERT, in 2020, followed by its second, TO FRENESIUM AND BEYOND, in 2024.
