BIG FLOYD is a moving play that retraces George Floyd's final day through moments from his life and accounts from those close to him.
From August 24 to September 29, 2026, théâtre de l'Essaïon (6 rue Pierre au Lard, Paris 4ème) hosts BIG FLOYD every Monday and Tuesday at 7:00 p.m. The play interweaves two narratives. The first follows George Floyd's final day, from when he wakes up in Minneapolis to the tragedy of May 25, 2020. The second reconstructs Derek Chauvin's trial through various testimonies.
