To mark the fourth anniversary of the "Woman, Life, Freedom" movement, a selection of photographs explores one of the most significant uprisings in Iran’s contemporary history.
It all began in September 2022 with the tragic death of Mahsa-Jina Amini, who was arrested for allegedly wearing her headscarf improperly. This exhibition pays tribute to her, to all the victims, and to everyone who continues the fight for freedom and dignity in Iran to this day. Exhibition curator: Golnaz Broomandi. With the support of the publishing house and bookstore Perse en poche (Paris 15e), the Middle East Images agency, and the Mairie du 15e. Discover the exhibition from September 15 to October 11 on the ground floor (level 0), during the media library’s opening hours.
