Are you job hunting and simply looking to take a step back? Join a guided tour of the Dalí Museum, followed by an expression workshop to explore how art can help you feel better. A free event organized by EPEC and its partners, as part of the Mental Health Awareness Weeks.

As part of the 2026 Mental Health Awareness Weeks, led by the City of Paris and the ARS Île-de-France, EPEC (Ensemble Paris Emploi Compétences) is launching an original initiative: "Let's Go to the Museum for Well-being!". An initiative that harnesses art to promote well-being, self-confidence, and professional integration.

Art as a Tool for Reconnection and Inspiration

The goal of this initiative? To offer participants a time for breathing, inspiration, and reconnection with themselves and others, while strengthening their cultural openness. An innovative approach targeting primarily job seekers, for whom access to culture can become a true lever for personal empowerment and revitalization.

Program: An Immersion at the Dalí Museum

The heart of this initiative rests on a guided tour of the Dalí Museum, designed as a space of freedom and exchange. Immersed in Salvador Dalí's surrealist world, participants will be able to:

  • Take "personal time for themselves" in a stimulating and inspiring setting.
  • Create "a time of openness to others" through interactions around the artworks.
  • Discover a source of inspiration to approach their job search from a creative and renewed perspective.

A Workshop to Anchor the Experience

Following the tour, an expression workshop will be facilitated by La Tortue Bleue, an association expert in individual and collective empowerment. This workshop will allow participants to:

  • Express their experience and identify personal elements of self-worth.
  • Reactivate artistic or cultural practices they may have neglected.
  • Discover local resources (access to culture, psychological support, artistic practices) available in the Paris area.

Committed Partners for an Inclusive Initiative

This initiative is supported by a network of key partners:

  • The City of Paris and ARS Île-de-France, which lead the Mental Health Awareness Weeks, scheduled for October 5-18, 2026.
  • La Tortue Bleue, which provides its expertise in psychological support and empowerment through art.
  • The Dalí Museum, which provides its space for this unique experience.

Why This Initiative Deserves Recognition

Because it demonstrates how art can become a tool for well-being and social integration, by offering free and compassionate access to emblematic places for audiences sometimes distant from culture. An approach that fully embodies the values of solidarity, inclusion, and support promoted by the City of Paris.
