Headstrong U.S. Navy lieutenant Tuck Pendelton volunteers for a highly risky experiment. Miniaturized and piloting a tiny submersible, he is supposed to be injected into a rabbit's body. But evil industrial spies steal the chip that can reverse the process. Tuck then finds himself propelled into the backside of a mild-mannered supermarket employee. He must persuade his host to get him out of there!
