L'union Française du PWTS (UFPWTS) is a network of around twenty martial arts clubs in France. The Paris school is led by UFPWTS founder and martial arts Master (7th DAN) Daï-Sifu Claude. Registration for the open week Classes are open to adults of all levels. The school offers classes from Tuesday to Thursday at various training venues in Paris 14e. All classes during this week are free with registration. By learning to handle weapons, you will gain a more realistic approach that will help you deal more effectively with armed attacks. This style of Kung-fu has become popular today thanks to Grand Master Yip Man and Bruce Lee. This class includes learning the fundamental principles of Wing-Tsun and applying them in a martial self-defense setting. 4/ To discover an energy-based practice: sticky hands; Credits: ©UFPWTS Wing-Tsun Chi-Sao classes Wednesdays from 9:30 p.m. to 10:30 p.m. École Dansomania: 59, rue Sarrette 75014 PARIS Chi-Sao (“sticky hands”) is one of Wing-Tsun's signature exercises. It develops reflexes through proprioception, allowing you to react faster than through visual analysis. This class includes internal energy work: grounding, breathing, body weight… Frequently asked questions What clothing is suitable for practicing martial arts? Sportswear (trousers, black T-shirt) and martial arts shoes (or socks). Remember to bring a water bottle and towel. Do I need to buy weapons and protective equipment to practice Wing-Tsun and Eskrima? During the open week, we will lend you equipment if necessary (sparring gloves, shin guards, Eskrima sticks, etc.). Afterward, you will need to purchase your own equipment. What is Wing Tsun?
