For the release of her 1st album, L'Êtrangère (Eugénie Mérieau) invites you to celebrate the end of the world (and her thirties) at Supersonic Records in Bastille, to discover a gentle electric fusion between post-rock and singer-songwriter music, with echoes now folk, now punk: PJ Harvey in French, Barbara with a touch of Bérurier. After unveiling her first track "Soon the End of the World" on Radio Nova's latest, touring throughout France, opening for Les Fatals Picards or sharing the stage with Jeanne Added, all as a solo artist with her baritone guitar, looper and drum machine, L'Êtrangère returns in a 4-piece full band (Chloé Legrand, Jeremy Lainé, Julien Rosa) to unveil her 1st album, #I'm Writing to You as I'm Falling - If you like looped guitars, reverb-soaked drums, bass breaks over 48 measures and songs that last twenty minutes (no solos), and especially revolutionary poetry, come electrify your post-heatwave spleen with L'Êtrangère and her excellent musicians. Spoiler: there will also be a surprise performance and a few mystery guests.
