The return of Alvin Ailey American Dance Theater to Paris stands as one of the major choreographic events of 2026. After captivating more than 32,000 spectators during eleven sold-out performances in 2024, the prestigious New York-based company returns to the stage of the Palais des Congrès with renewed, bold, and deeply moving artistic direction. For this new Paris series, the company unveils a two-part program. PROGRAM A "AILEY LEGACY" celebrates the heritage of the repertoire through iconic works that have shaped the company's identity. PROGRAM B "NEW WORKS" ventures into contemporary creation with works never before presented in France. Running through both programs, Revelations remains the absolute masterpiece of modern dance.
