17 décembre is a collection of photo-poems, a travel journal from Algérie.
To celebrate the release of 17 décembre — Chronicle of an Autumn in Algérie, join us for an evening exploring travel, memory, and reunion. Conceived as a travel journal combining photography and poetry, the collection portrays an intimate Algérie through landscapes, encounters, memories, and silences. The day will begin with an installation centered on the book, followed by a writing workshop exploring the connections between place, memory, and storytelling. We will continue with a discussion on the theme “Algérie as a muse: between departure and reunion,” examining how Algérie inhabits artists’ work. Finally, the evening will continue with music and a DJ set by Malaise Vagal and SarraKKa. An invitation to travel differently, through images, words, memories, and sounds.
