Join Cyclife, a subsidiary of the EDF group specialized in decommissioning and radioactive waste management. As a legal intern, you will work within an international team and have the opportunity to apply your knowledge in business law, international law, contract law, and more. You will be supervised by the Legal Director and participate in various tasks, including research and drafting legal notes, supporting the contracting processes, and assisting in the drafting of contractual documents in English and French. Conduct research and draft legal notes in various legal fields. Participate in the contracting processes, contribute to identifying the strengths and weaknesses of contracts. Support the processes for responding to international tenders, and assist in contractual negotiations.

• Master’s degree level (BAC+5) or PPI internship, ideally trained in business law, international law, contract law; or dual degree LLM/grande école appreciated;
• Analytical skills and writing abilities;
• Very good command of English (written and spoken) and ideally a third language (such as German, Japanese, Spanish, Italian, or a Slavic language);
• Proficiency in researching legal databases;
• Good command of computer tools, particularly the Office suite;
• Rigor, good organization, adaptability, and autonomy;
• Team spirit, good interpersonal skills;
• Interest in the energy sector, particularly nuclear;
• Previous experience in the nuclear sector or on large industrial projects would be appreciated. Legal Internship F/H at EDF in Courbevoie.
