As a Customer Support Officer, you will be the main point of contact for our investors and participate in the democratization of responsible finance. You will have the opportunity to work in a dynamic and supportive environment, with a 4.5-day work week and one day of remote work per week. Assist individuals in their investment process by responding to their information requests. Participate in the successful execution of each fundraising campaign by supporting the sales efforts of the team. Propose actions to improve the user and investor experience, and contribute to the enhancement of the investor tracking software. Here are the desired skills: Excellent interpersonal skills, you enjoy being in contact with clients; perfectly comfortable in oral communication and impeccable in writing (in French); organized and meticulous, as participatory investment is a highly regulated field; enthusiastic, to respond cheerfully to all types of clients; pedagogical and reassuring, as our mission is to raise awareness and democratize responsible finance; curious, with a thirst to learn about solidarity finance, participatory investment, or social startups; proactive, resourceful, and willing, with a positive energy that allows overcoming all obstacles; flexible and versatile to adapt to the diversity of tasks to be performed; pragmatic and persistent to ensure good risk management; entrepreneurial spirit and willingness to learn and develop Lita; comfortable with modern IT tools (Notion, Salesforce, HubSpot, Metabase…). The plus? Experience in social work, the social and solidarity economy, in a startup, or in business development. Proficiency in a European foreign language (English, Spanish, Italian, Dutch…).
