As Head of People, you will be responsible for HR strategy, managing the People team, ensuring compliance with HR practices, recruitment, and employer branding. You will have a real impact on the company's growth and on the teams. Define and embody the HR vision in line with the company's mission and values, and develop a People strategy aligned with business objectives. Lead and grow the People team, deploy a strong, inclusive, and empowering managerial culture, and implement support systems for managers. Ensure compliance of HR practices with labor law and social obligations, oversee administrative matters, and be the point of contact for employee representative bodies. You have between 5 and 10 years of experience in HR roles, including at least one successful experience in a high-growth startup or scale-up. Experience in a socially or environmentally impactful environment is a plus. You are comfortable with the challenges of multi-site and international organization, particularly in Europe. You have a strong command of French labor law and all HR processes related to talent management, work organization, and corporate culture. You are fluent in English; a good level of Spanish is also appreciated. You are dynamic, structured, and rigorous. Why Hello Watt?
