As the International BU Zone Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for implementing the commercial animation plan, developing market and customer knowledge, overseeing the performance of websites and social media, ensuring consistency in digital communication, adapting media strategy, constructing and monitoring the marketing budget, and developing customer knowledge. You must have confirmed experience in retail marketing, a higher education degree in marketing or international business, and be fluent in French and English. Ensure the follow-up and implementation of the cross-channel commercial animation plan with franchise partners in the Europe and Switzerland zone. Develop market and customer knowledge, manage and analyze ad hoc studies, satisfaction barometers, and leverage data to propose optimization strategies. Co-manage the performance of websites and social media, co-construct animation plans and editorial calendars, and formulate optimization proposals.
