As a Project Contract Manager, you will be responsible for managing the commercial and contractual aspects of complex power plant projects. You will work closely with sales, finance, and legal teams, and you will be based in Nanterre or Warsaw. Collaborate with sales and the legal department on the commercial and contractual aspects of the bidding activities for the assigned project. Establish, take ownership of, and implement the commercial execution plan, the process, and the strategy for managing claims and changes. Manage the commercial and contractual aspects of the ongoing project to achieve goals and objectives, including completing the project on time and improving margins. Required Education and Skills:

• Master's degree in engineering, economics, law, or business administration,
• 10 years of experience in the energy sector, including at least 5 years in one of the following areas: contract management, project management, or legal for large-scale/complex projects,
• Good multidisciplinary commercial knowledge
• Excellent experience and skills in conducting commercial negotiations, especially at high hierarchical levels,
• Good knowledge of project contracts and contract law,
• Good knowledge of claims management,
• Strong understanding of relevant technical, planning, and financial principles,
• Solid understanding of project risk management,
• Ability to demonstrate leadership, influence, and management
• Excellent communication and analytical skills,
• Insightful, able to collaborate with other business team members in developing strategies and implementing business plans,
• Strong ability to build relationships with clients, suppliers, and contractors,
• Proficient computer skills, particularly in using MS-Windows and Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint),
• Fluency in written and spoken English and practical knowledge of at least one other language.
