You will work on business development, sourcing IT candidates, and supporting commercial activities. This internship is ideal for students in business schools, engineering schools, or equivalent training, with a strong interest in business development and recruitment. Identify and prospect new clients, qualify their needs, and identify business opportunities. Source IT candidates, post and manage job listings on various platforms, and conduct qualification calls. Collaborate with sales and recruitment teams, track candidates and opportunities in the CRM. You are a student in a business school, engineering school, or equivalent training (Bac+3 to Bac+5). Ideally, you have: A strong interest in business development and recruitment An affinity for the IT sector and technical environments Excellent oral and written communication skills Strong interpersonal and telephone skills An entrepreneurial, dynamic, and proactive spirit Perseverance and a taste for challenges Proficiency in French is mandatory.
