Join iDAKTO, the leader in digital identity, as a Full Cycle Account Executive. You will be responsible for the entire sales cycle, from prospecting to signing, focusing on the corporate and enterprise market in Europe. You will work closely with marketing and other departments to meet and exceed sales targets. Identify and map target accounts in regulated sectors in Europe, prioritizing France, Benelux, DACH, and Southern Europe. Lead complex B2B/B2G sales cycles, from discovery to negotiation, including platform demonstrations. Develop a network of influencers and partners to amplify coverage and represent the company at key industry events.

Responsibilities:

Prospecting & Pipeline Generation (40%)

  • Identify and map target accounts in regulated sectors (banks, insurance, telecom operators, healthcare, transport) in Europe — prioritizing France, Benelux, DACH, and Southern Europe.
  • Design and execute multi-channel prospecting sequences (LinkedIn, email, calling, events) to engage decision-makers (CISO, CDO, Head of Identity, Compliance Management).
  • Qualify opportunities according to a structured framework (MEDDIC) and feed a predictable pipeline in the CRM.
  • Collaborate with Marketing to leverage leads, co-build campaigns, and produce sales enablement content (use cases, battlecards).

Full Sales Cycle Management (40%)

  • Lead complex B2B/B2G sales cycles: discovery, demo of our POC/platform, presentations, negotiation, closing.
  • Build tailored value propositions based on iDAKTO's key verticals: eKYC, digital onboarding, identity wallet, document verification, strong authentication.
  • Coordinate responses to tenders and RFPs.
  • Negotiate contracts (SaaS licenses, integration, support) with C-level, Procurement, and CISO contacts.
  • Achieve and exceed bookings and ARR targets.

Market Intelligence & Ecosystem (20%)

  • Develop a network of influencers and partners (integrators, consulting firms, complementary software vendors) to amplify coverage.
  • Represent iDAKTO at key industry events and contribute to brand visibility.
  • Relay market signals to inform the product roadmap and Go-to-Market strategy.

Desired Profile

Essential

  • Education: Minimum Bac+5 (business school, engineering school, or university Master's degree).
  • 3 to 5 years of experience in B2B sales of SaaS/software solutions, ideally in a full cycle (prospecting → closing).
  • Proven experience with corporate or enterprise accounts with sales cycles of 3 to 9 months and deal sizes of €100K+.
  • Ability to engage C-level and technical profiles (CISO, CTO, CDO).
  • Ability to work closely with various departments (project, security, R&D, legal, marketing, etc.).
  • Mastery of a qualification framework (MEDDIC or equivalent).
  • Excellent written and oral communication in French and English.
  • Rigor in CRM, forecasting discipline, and results-oriented culture.
  • Strong interest in tech and ability to quickly understand a complex product.

Highly Valued

  • Knowledge of the digital identity market, cybersecurity, KYC/AML, or RegTech solutions.
  • Sales experience with banks, insurance companies, or telecom operators.
  • Familiarity with European regulations (eIDAS 2.0, GDPR, NIS2, DORA).
  • Third language (German, Spanish) to address complementary European markets.
  • Experience in a high-growth scale-up/startup environment.
