Join Chargemap, a company committed to simplifying electric vehicle charging. As a Project Engineer for EV infrastructure, you will be responsible for technical prequalification, managing deployment until full commissioning, serving as the technical reference for partners and manufacturers, and building automation processes. You will benefit from a competitive salary, the possibility of remote work, a sustainable mobility package, meal vouchers, family health insurance, incentives for switching to electric vehicles, training in the electric mobility environment, and a flexible and stimulating work environment.

Ensure technical prequalification in the pre-sales phase by analyzing client projects and defining feasibility conditions. Manage the deployment of projects until full commissioning, ensuring quality and adherence to deadlines. Become the technical reference for partners and manufacturers, keeping the hardware compatibility catalog up to date and coordinating OCPP testing. You will join a growing team in a rapidly developing sector: electromobility. You will work in an environment where your ideas matter, where initiatives are encouraged, and where you will directly contribute to improving the service.

You have 2 to 4 years of experience as a Project Manager & Operations IRVE, Project Engineer, Operations Engineer, or a similar role, ideally in the field of IRVE or technical B2B SaaS. You are familiar with the OCPP protocol, or you can quickly learn the basics. You have already conducted technical qualifications, managed interoperability tests, and followed projects requiring coordination, analysis, and rigor. You are methodical, organized, and precise. You enjoy understanding how systems work, clearly documenting your work, analyzing specific cases, and proposing practical solutions. Your curiosity, teaching ability, and service orientation allow you to easily communicate with various stakeholders: salespeople, technical partners, internal teams, or clients. You enjoy optimizing what you learn: transforming complex situations into clear and reproducible processes is part of what motivates you daily.

At Chargemap, AI is an integral part of our practices. In this role, you will use these tools to automate technical qualifications, optimize deployment workflows, and gain operational efficiency throughout the IRVE project cycle. In a context of increasing international openness, proficiency in English (written, read, spoken) is essential. Knowledge of another European language, particularly Spanish or Portuguese, is also an asset to support our development. Technical skills are important, but to integrate into the teams, you must possess human qualities that we value:

  • Ability to work effectively in a team: We are a small team, and for us, working effectively in a climate of trust is essential!
  • Be dynamic, autonomous, and show initiative: To face increasing competition, we must respond quickly to our clients with the most suitable and innovative solutions.
  • Have a constant desire to learn and improve: Electromobility is a booming sector where it is important to combine everyone's knowledge; this is how we will maintain our lead over our competitors.
